!
Waiver & scholarship trade-off (MOU & Non MOU)
Students who waive the English admission requirement are not eligible to apply for tuition fee scholarships. CPHS still provides research funds and international presentation funds during studies.
Important: Students who do not meet English proficiency standards cannot proceed to their thesis examination. Regular progress reports on English improvement must be submitted to advisors during research consultations. English proficiency scores must be submitted prior to thesis examination — no exceptions.

Due to the cross-faculty enrollment process, students must submit a written request to the Academic Section of CPHS at least one month before the semester begins to reserve seats in English courses.
