2.Coordinate and supervise academic operations, including curriculum management, course scheduling, and academic calendar planning.

4.Serve as the central authority for reviewing, approving, and forwarding academic-related requests to the Dean or other executive leadership.

7.Supervise staff within the academic administrative unit, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of service.

8.Represent the academic administration in committees, meetings, and official functions as assigned by the Dean.

4.1.Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding admissions and Mangeing Interview to ensure the Consideration process operates smoothly and efficiently.

2.Plan, coordinate, and manage student orientation programs.

3.Disseminate scholarship information and facilitate students throughout the scholarship application & Report process (Postgraduate and Postdoctoral levels).

4.Manage the recruitment, allocation Monthly Expence, and performance tracking of Teaching Assistants.

5.Oversee and facilitate the implementation of course evaluations through the Courseville platform.

6.Facilitate Academic Committee considering appropriate academic advisors to students, ensuring alignment with academic goals and program requirements.

7.Maintain and update the student database to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.

8.Support corporate communication initiatives to promote and enhance the public image of the College of Public Health Sciences (CPHS).

9.Administer and manage the e-learning system through Microsoft Teams to support digital learning and academic operations.

10.Serve as co-administrator for official social media channels and the CPHS website, ensuring timely and relevant content updates.

11.Maintain alumni records and databases and serve as the registrar for the CPHS Alumni Program.with Advisor.

Student Activity Coordinator Responsibilities include:

1.Facilitate student activities and ensure smooth operations for key events such as the Welcome Trip, Wai Kru Ceremony, and Final Orientation, Graduation Ceremony, Home Coming day

2.Provide students with practical information for daily life on campus, including dining options, health and wellness services, and contact points for facilities like the Gym,library and Health Center.

3.Manage and coordinate activities within the online student community (LINE) (Club)to promote engagement and communication.

4.Ensure all students are informed about MTL Moblie Application & CA Code health insurance coverage and how to access related services.

5.Encourage and facilitate students’ participation in the First-Year Evaluation and Exit Evaluation of the HQ Program (CUDSON), and manage the Exit Evaluation &Graduate Employment Survey.

3.Coordinate international student affairs, including processes for visa applications, extensions, cancellations, and other immigration-related matters.
