Urgent International Transfer (Special Cases Only)
What qualifies as an "urgent case"?
1
Application fee transfers — always accepted as urgent.
2
First tuition fee transfers — only qualify if:
2.1 Transfer is made at least 2–3 weeks before the deadline with a valid reason (e.g. national emergency, natural disaster, international transaction issues)
2.2 Transfers after the deadline without prior notice are not considered urgent and will not be processed — a formal refund request must be submitted
Note: Add the international transfer fee (both arrival and departure legs) on top of the amount. Finance will not process deposits until the full amount appears in the CPHS balance — timing may take 3 days to 2 weeks depending on your country.
Submit a request form for urgent international transfer along with your transfer slip.
