Tuition and Fees

Chulalongkorn University requires payment for tuition and fees at the start of each term. The amounts are determined by the study requirements of each faculty. In addition to tuition, the payment will include entrance fee, activities fee, insurance premium, and course registration as well as special fees announced by the university.

The Tuition fee of Chulalongkorn University is divided into Tuition & Capitation Fee. Payment is charged in Thai Baht, so all students are encouraged to pay in Thai Baht.

How to Pay	First Payment All New students must be paid Manual system by Transferring online for deducted at Kbank Student Account (Student need to come to Bkk for open Kbank account before) Print out (Barcode) on CUNEX system and paid at K Bank any Branch Next Payment until graduated When 2nd Semester start System will be Deducted from Student Account by an Automatic system of Financial Section of Chula Headquarter*		• Late Payment CUNEX System will be call for payment 2 time when the semester start By the rule of regulation of Chulalongkorn University, late enrollment will be charged by condition below 1. All Enrollment Course Disappear (Student need to re-enroll course again) 2. Late fee will be added in payment system 1st Week - 300thb (1st Call) 2nd Week - 600thb (2nd Call) 3rd Week - Deactivate Student status 6th Week - Lost Student Status
Deadline (within 6 weeks After semester start) On deadline period even you registration course on that tri/semester but it will be cancelled² and students will be responsible for re-registration by paper-based course enroll and Charge for Late Payment fee = 600 thb Late Course Enrollment = 600 thb Pls.Contact Academic Section for more detail	Scholarship Student who get scholarship announce both from Graduated school and other funding agency must be paid by own budget and keep receipt for claim process later		Urgent case payment Student can request payment in an urgent case by for transferring to CPHS Account below and come to deposit out when arrived at Thailand but all process must be requested and run by student both (sent request from allowing for urgent transferring aboard with attached transferring slip and write request from for deposit out tuition fee Student need to add an extra amount of Aboard transferring fee both (Arrival - departure) * Financial will not allow to deposit out money if Amount of transferring not adding in CPHS balance but just showing during transferring process ( timing up to student country may its take time 3 day - 2week) ** Financial will not allow for not urgently case transferring
