After finished evaluation students get certify letter from The College of Public Health Sciences for guarantee success. Student are responsible required to contact directly to the programs of your interest; you may get more details related information

Requirement documents

1. A completed application form

2. An official transcript of the academic records (to be issued by the institution being currently attended)

3. A copy of passport /Thai Citizen ID

4. Statement of Purpose (on a separate sheet of A4-sized paper)

5. Eight 1-inch,colored photos (with blue background) taken no more than six months in polite attire or a civil servant's uniform, signed on the reverse side, one of which should be attached to the application form.

Exchange Student

College of Public Health Sciences openly for International student who interested to study as Non-degree or audition for 1-2 semester at The College of Public Health Sciences as an exchange student. Please note that exchange students can obtain an academic transcript for transferring credit but they may not get a degree from us.

You are required to contact your home university for nomination letter and apply on July, November, March every year-round in case you meet the requirements, we will nominate you as an exchange student to the Office of International Affairs and Global Network at Chulalongkorn University The official result will be informed to your Directly with Acceptance Letter for Student Visa. By the way Non-degree or audition student tuition fee is 43,250 Baht/semester (Group 1)

3. 2 letters of references

4. An official transcript of the academic records (to be issued by the institution being currently attended)

5. An English proficiency score record (for non-native speakers of English)*

6. A copy of passport

7. Study plan / description of academic interests (on a separate sheet of A4-sized paper)

8. Eight 1-inch,colored photos (with blue background) taken no more than six months in polite attire or a civil servant's uniform, signed on the reverse side, one of which should be attached to the application form. Click for download application form

Visiting students
Similar like Exchange student but freely for application period and students can’t obtain an academic transcript for transferring credit but they get certify letter from The College of Public Health Sciences only.student are responsible for tuition and other fees and required to contact directly to the programs of your interest; you may get more details about the fees and others related information through the following links: Click for download application form
