Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wattasit Siriwong was invited as a speaker in the Research Visiting Professor Program. He shared experiences on conducting research and preparing for the development of academic collaboration networks with Sirindhorn College of Public Health, Trang, Faculty of Public Health and Allied Health Sciences, Praboromarajchanok Institute, and Rutgers University, USA.
Additionally, he served as a lecturer and shared knowledge on integrating research into academic work under the topic, "𝑃𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑐𝑖𝑑𝑒 𝐸𝑥𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑢𝑟𝑒 𝑖𝑛 𝑇ℎ𝑎𝑖 𝐶ℎ𝑖𝑙𝑑𝑟𝑒𝑛: 𝐴 𝑆𝑖𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑇ℎ𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝐷𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑙𝑜𝑝𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡" on January 10, 2025

ศ.ดร.จิตรลดา อารีย์สันติชัย คณบดีวิทยาลัยวิทยาศาสตร์สาธารณสุขและผู้อำนวยการบ้านสุขภาพ จุฬาฯ และผศ.ดร.อุษณีย์ พึ่งปาน ที่ปรึกษาวิทยาลัยวิทยาศาสตร์สาธารณสุข เป็นประธานมอบของขวัญ ได้แก่ อุปกรณ์กีฬา และสิ่งของเครื่องใช้อุปโภค บริโภค เพื่อสนับสนุนในการจัดกิจกรรมงานวันเด็กแห่งชาติ ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2568 ให้กับชุมชนหลังวัดปทุมวนาราม โดยมีเลขาฯชุมชน คุณแสงจันทร์ ห่วงโห้ เป็นผู้รับมอบ
ทั้งนี้อุปกรณ์กีฬาและสิ่งของเครื่องใช้อุปโภค บริโภค ดังกล่าว ได้รับการบริจาคจากเครือข่ายบ้านสุขภาพ จุฬาฯ และหลายหน่วยงาน อาทิ บริษัท ปิ่นทองกรุ๊ป แมนเนจเม้นท์ แอนด์คอนซัลแตนท์ จำกัด, บริษัท โรงงานสยามบอลล์สปอร์ต จำกัด (โดย รศ.ดร.ชัยพัฒน์ หล่อศิริรัตน์ คณบดี คณะวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา) และกลุ่มบุคคล ตลอดจนสมาชิกบ้านสุขภาพ จุฬาฯ
ในการนี้ วิทยาลัยวิทยาศาสตร์สาธารณสุข ขอขอบคุณผู้บริจาคทุกท่าน นับเป็น CSR ที่ครอบคลุมความร่วมมือทั้งภาครัฐ ภายในจุฬา และภาคเอกชน

On January 3, 2025: 9:00-12:00 hrs. College of Public Health Sciences has invited Louis Luangkesorn, PhD, Lead Data Scientist, Highmark Health (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Pittsburgh, USA to lecture on “AI and its implications in public health: The application of Generative AI in public health analytics” for the students in the class of ‘Health Behavior’ and ‘Addictive Behavior’. Dr. Luangkesorn was an Assistant Professor University of Pittsburgh (Data science/analytics, logistics, supply chain and logistics.) Projects in children's hospital and veteran affairs healthcare system. It is a good opportunity for our staffs and students to practice GenAI for their work such as review papers, summarize, analyze and interpret data etc.
