On January 3, 2025: 9:00-12:00 hrs. College of Public Health Sciences has invited Louis Luangkesorn, PhD, Lead Data Scientist, Highmark Health (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Pittsburgh, USA to lecture on “AI and its implications in public health: The application of Generative AI in public health analytics” for the students in the class of ‘Health Behavior’ and ‘Addictive Behavior’. Dr. Luangkesorn was an Assistant Professor University of Pittsburgh (Data science/analytics, logistics, supply chain and logistics.) Projects in children's hospital and veteran affairs healthcare system. It is a good opportunity for our staffs and students to practice GenAI for their work such as review papers, summarize, analyze and interpret data etc.
