👩‍🏫👩‍🏫 Prof. Dr. Chitlada Areesantichai, Dean of the College of Public Health Sciences, Chulalongkorn University, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usanee Phungpan, Consultant of the College of Public Health Sciences, Chulalongkorn University, were invited to deliver a lecture on "The Indispensable Uses of Narcotics – Therapeutic Uses of Narcotic Drugs" at the "Asia International Hemp Expo and Forum 2024" on November 27, 2024. They were also invited to participate in an exhibition booth showcasing their work from November 27-30, 2024.
📷🎙 The College of Public Health Sciences, Chulalongkorn University, was honored by the presence of Mr. Khosit Suvinijjit, Advisor to the Minister of Public Health of Thailand, who presided over the opening ceremony, and Mr. Pongpol Yodmuangcharoen, Secretary to the Minister of Industry, who co-chaired the event. Additionally, Mr. Rapibhat Chandarasrivongs, Director-General of the Department of Agriculture, and Dr. Kwanchai Wisitthanon, former Deputy Director-General of the Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine, visited the college's booth together.
 

From December 1-4, 2024, Prof. Dr. Chitlada Areesantichai, Dean of CPHS, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Montakarn Chuemchit, Deputy Dean, were honored to visit Inner Mongolia Medical University, China. During this visit, meaningful discussions on collaboration were held between the College of Public Health Sciences, Chulalongkorn University, and the School of Public Health, School of Health Management, and School of International Education of Inner Mongolia Medical University. A heartfelt thanks to the Deans and Deputy Deans of these three schools for their warm welcome and inspiring discussions

On Wednesday, November 27, 2024, Asst. Prof. Dr. Montakarn Chuemchit, Deputy Dean of the College, welcomed Prof. Dr. Yingyao Chen, Deputy Dean for International Affairs, and Dr. Shimeng Liu from the School of Public Health, Fudan University, China. Dr. Ning Li, an academic staff member at Arts and Science in Integrated Innovation (BAScii), Chulalongkorn University, and an alumnus of the College’s PhD program, also joined this visit.
Fudan University is ranked among the top 5 universities in China and holds 39th place in the QS World University Rankings. This visit marks a great opportunity to foster collaboration in academics, research, and academic services in the future.
